Sort of a plan...

My numbers were up a tad at today's appointment, 18mm. That was good to hear. Indocin was able to keep my contractions at bay since starting it Monday night. I am sad to report I took my last pill yesterday at noon. I love that stuff because it works so well at stopping my contractions. But, it isn't good for the baby at this point so we had to part ways! My only "ammunition" at this point is 60mg of procardia daily and 25mg of terbutaline 6x/day. If things start to pick up in the next 2 weeks, my only other option is admission to Baptist and IV magnesium sulfate! Beyond 34 weeks, magnesium will be out of order. If procardia and terbutaline don't do the trick at that point, baby boy will just have to make his grand appearance!!

We hit a HUGE milestone by making it to 32 weeks and for that we are grateful. We would love for him to stay put as long as possible. That being said, I am hoping the current meds will be sufficient enough to buy us a little more time. I would love to make it to 34 weeks without having to use magnesium. Because I have already started to see an increase in contraction activity tonight, I am not sure that is possible. But, what do I know?? I am not in control of this situation for sure.

Yikes!!!! That is about all I can say right now! He could be here before we know it. I am just praying for a safe delivery and healthy baby boy whenever that time may be. For now, I will try my best to simply rest in Him and wait...
