Weary

I hesitate to even post anything online so I will be brief. We find ourselves in a difficult spot, once again. This is not how I planned to share but nothing seems to go as we plan. I find myself 17 weeks and 2 days pregnant, contracting and on bedrest. Needless to say, this is not good. We are discouraged, to say the least. We both feel the only way we will know this little guy on earth is through a miracle. Yet, we are at a spiritual, mental and emotional low and can't imagine that happening for us. Please forgive the doubt, but we are struggling. All I know to do at this point is to ask for prayer. We would sure appreciate it!

danielle,
please know that you and blake are in my prayers. i know that y'all are discouraged, it's tough. but please, please, please do not give up hope. i pray that this is just a minor setback to your plan and that things will be okay. i pray that y'all stay strong for yourselves, each other, and this baby. i pray that God continues to give you peace and comfort right now. your faith is strong, don't lose sight of that. i also pray that God keeps this baby strong and healthy. don't worry, God does awesome things. your family will continue to be in my prayers until this little man arrives.
love,
bree

If it is possible to overpray, I will do that from now on for you.

I pray for you all everyday. I know God can do anything and it's hard to know what to pray right now. I do pray that you and Blake will depend on Him. He is the only one who could perform a miracle like this. I love you guys and you know who to call when you need ANYTHING! (And that includes just some company.)

I've been following your blog closely and had a feeling you might have some other "news" in the near future. We will surely pray here in Versailles for that miracle. Know that we all love you! Love, Ginny and Dale

Our friend Stacy Wamble let us know about your situation. We've just prayed and will continue to do so. Our second child tried to come early (28 weeks) and came near the due date. Focus on Jesus. I hear Him saying, "I am willing, only believe."
